Youth Violence Commission final report launch

The Youth Violence Commission’s final report will be launched on Thursday 26 March 2020 at 11.30am-12.30pm in the Boothroyd Room in Portcullis House.

The Youth Violence Commission is a group of cross-party MPs, academics and sector experts seeking long-term policy solutions to the rise of serious youth violence in the UK. Over the past three and a half years we have been consulting with people across the country, reviewing existing research and models of violence reduction, and holding evidence sessions on a host of different policy areas.  We have also conducted a national survey of over 2,200 young people on the level and impact of violence on their day to day lives.

Our final report outlines our findings and recommendations for the future. The launch will include a Q&A with our commissioners and expert contributors.

Please RSVP to vicky.foxcroft.mp@parliament.uk if you are able to attend.
